Droitwich in Bloom 2024 - Highstreet (Phase 1)

For the last few years we have worked with Wychavon District Council on a summer project called 'Droitwich in Bloom' creating a variety of floral themed installations dotted around the town and parks for residents and visitors of Droitwich Spa to enjoy

This year we wanted to include the Highstreet to celebrate the fantastic array of independent businesses and shops Droitwich offers

With support from Droitwich Place Board we designed and created over 167 metres of garlands with individual flower clusters to sit between each of the festoon lights

Of course Timmy was incredibly helpful during the construction process 

Once all the garlands were created and affixed to varying lengths of line we were assisted by the wonderful team of Rob and Roy who diligently cable tied each length to the existing festoon from a cherry picker

We will shortly begin working on Phase 2 which will include individual garlands for businesses further down the start of the Highstreet where the festoon lights do not reach 

And over the coming days we will be setting up a variety of installations around the town
for 'Droitwich in Bloom 2024', we hope you will enjoy them as much as our previous creations
